Juniors/Intermeditates: Mon. - Fri. (3:30PM - 5:30PM), Seniors: Mon. - Fri. (4:00PM - 6:00PM)

ALL GROUPS: SAT.: 7:00am - 9:00am & MORNING SESSIONS: Mon., Wed., Thu (5:00am - 6:45am) Contact Coach Wilson

Mid-week training sessions are split into groups and led by specific members of the coaching team.
